Tate is a fantastic host. Responsive and helpful. The space is relaxing, well thought out, comfortable, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the necessities for cooking simple or complex meals. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. This is a perfect spot to have a city experience and end the night with peace and quiet. Fireplace is heaven and outdoor fire pit is great too. Steps away from great food, shopping, coffee, beer, and parks. Quick drive to point defiance park. Bonus that you can bring your dog! We will be back ! – Aurora (long term stay May 2023)
